How do I change or cancel an order?

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

What is the status of my order? How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain a link to track your order online.

What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?

All orders placed before 3pm EST Monday-Friday will ship the same day. All orders placed after 3pm EST will ship the next business day. Therefore, your "Order Date" and "Ship Date" may not be the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday after 3pm EST, your package will not ship until after the weekend. Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when considering the shipping date.
